The tried and tested way to best learn this ancient meditation technique is during a ten-day residential retreat.
For new students ready to commit to this substantial undertaking please take the following steps.
- Read the code of discipline
This will tell you all you need to know about your course and what will be expected from you as a student. Once you’ve read this in full and are happy to proceed . . . - Check the course schedule
This will give the dates and locations of all ten-day courses in the UAE. If this is your first course you must first sit a ten-day course before applying for the other kinds of courses listed in the schedule. When you have picked the best date and location please consult your family, partner or other dependents to check that it works for them too. If so then please . . . - Apply via the schedule
Simply click on the “Apply” option next to your chosen course in the schedule and follow the steps outlined therein.

Course instructions are primarily delivered in English & Hindi Language. But for students who are more comfortable with another language, we have the capability of delivering audio course instructions, translated into more than 40 different languages. When filling the online course application form, please mention, in the comments section, about your language preferences. Course instruction can be delivered through the audio recordings in languages like – Arabic, French, Spanish, Farsi etc
