Vipassana Meditation in UAE is being practiced and taught since 1999. Over the 20 years thousands of students from more than 80 nationalities have learnt the technique of meditation at the Vipassana center in UAE and benefited.

Vipassana Meditation Center is located at the Ain Khatt Touristic Resort, near Khatt Hot Water Springs in Khatt area of Ras Al Khaimah, an Emirate of UAE. Sprawling resort spread across more than 71,000 square feet, with lush garden and beautiful landscape, the center has the capacity to accommodate between 36 to 50 students for the residential meditation courses.

The residence buildings and units of male and female are separate, and so are the meditation halls. With separate dining halls for the male and female, the center is able to facilitate segregation of genders during the course of meditation.

The accommodation rooms / chalets are currently shared between 2 to 3 meditators of same gender to accommodate optimum participation.

Vipassana Meditation Center has been licensed by the authorities in Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) and has relevant approvals from Department of Tourism of RAK.

Vipassana Meditation Center is approximately 106 Km from the Dubai International Airport terminal 1, which is 1 ½ hours driving distance from the Dubai Airport (international airport).
